Your current system doesn’t even use all of its fuel, and the remaining fuel is burned up in the catalytic converter. So you have paid for fuel that you do not use and then pay to dispose of it… Looks like there’s room to improve. This is where HHO comes in. You add the HHO to your consumption manifold, before your air filter. The air filter helps diffuse the gas and permits even combustion. I know some plans don’t mention this, but it’s vital. Equally critical is keeping your saturation below 4%. You do not want to go tripping knock sensors messing up your timing, and having your O2 sensors get all out of strike. This placement permits the gas to mix with the HHO more efficiently, and gives you more effective results. In fact, getting you down the road for less is what it comes down to. Talking of boiling, the gas your introducing into your fuel mix isn’t water vapor or steam… It is a flamable gas. This is a hydrogen on demand system which has the stableness of water. The way in which the HHO is formed HHO is extracted thru the electrolysis of water. A standard fuel cell is composed of : a container, chrome steel electrodes, a catalyst and wiring. 12v current with different amps is passed thru the electrodes to supply the gas.
